As a key facet of our operations, our commercial management division is dedicated to facilitating international trade by supplying goods and services based on sound scientific, technical, and operational expertise. Our success in international trade is attributed to our comprehensive approach and effective supplier activities. Our process encompasses the following key aspects:
Thorough buyer analysis: In addition to evaluating the seller's reputation and financial capability, we conduct meticulous research on the legal environment of the buyer's country. This holistic approach allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the buyer's market dynamics, legal requirements, and potential challenges, enabling us to tailor our trade activities accordingly.
Trade agreement negotiation: We engage in the careful negotiation of trade agreements. During this stage, we address various aspects such as quantity, quality, participation of contracting parties, and other critical elements. While striving for mutually beneficial outcomes, we recognize the need to navigate uncertainties and complexities inherent in international trade, ensuring that the trade agreements are well-defined and aligned with the interests of all parties involved.
Contract selection process: We exercise a meticulous approach in the selection of contracts. This involves considering various factors, including contractual terms, commercial viability, risk assessments, and legal implications. Our experienced team undertakes a comprehensive evaluation of the available options, weighing the potential benefits and risks associated with each contract. By employing a diligent and analytical approach, we aim to make informed decisions that maximize value and mitigate potential challenges.
Through our advanced commercial management practices, we forge strong relationships with international partners, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across borders. Our focus on understanding the legal environments, negotiating robust trade agreements, and selecting contracts prudently enables us to navigate the intricacies of international trade and deliver optimal outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.
In essence, our commercial management division leverages comprehensive research, meticulous negotiation, and astute contract selection to drive successful international trade activities. By employing a strategic and well-informed approach, we strive to create mutually beneficial partnerships, foster sustainable growth, and enhance global connectivity.

We have established the "Discover Gobi" Foundation with the purpose of effecting positive change and bringing illumination to our society. The foundation stands as a cornerstone of our commitment to community betterment. Through the "Discover Gobi" Foundation, we undertake initiatives aimed at preserving and safeguarding the Gobi region.
Gobi bears, an extremely endangered species, currently inhabit the Tsagaan Bogd, Atas-Inges, and Shar Huls Mountains within the Gobi Great Nature Reserve, where they form groups of 18-22 individuals. To safeguard these bears, concerted efforts are underway by governmental and non-governmental entities, including the Ministry of Environment and Green Development, the Institute of Biology of the MAS, the Mazaalai Foundation, and the "Discover Gobi" organization. These collaborative endeavors are focused on the preservation and conservation of the Mazaalai bear population.
The Mongolian saiga, a unique species, inhabits exclusively the western regions of Mongolia, specifically the Great Lakes depressions in Shargy Gobi, Huisii Gobi, and Dergani. By the onset of 2020, there were encouraging indications of a population increase, with a projected minimum of 5,070 individuals. Efforts continue to monitor and support the conservation of the Mongolian saiga in its native habitats.
